Pro2 have designed and built a unique web based driver booking platform to streamline and professionalise the booking process.
- Access is securely controlled by individual login and password.
- Driver requests are managed at customer level so only drivers qualified for that customer can be requested
- Drivers receive all event information on their availability request so day rate, any accommodation and travel/set up days are notified.
- Location is included on the driver request so distance to venue is shown (can be used to calculate fuel allowances, as well as selection of the nearest drivers)
- Two stage driver confirmation process to ensure availability if there is a delay in the event confirmation
- The platform is accessible via either Android or IOS mobile app to allow access on the go
- We keep a record of each driver and their experience and training records so that we can provide the most appropriate driver for each event
